2nd Semester Schedule Corrections

Attention Hornets!

Welcome to the Spring Semester of the 2023-2024 School Year!

   Student schedules are now live! Please review your schedule carefully to ensure you have the correct classes. All students were given three opportunities to review their courses and make changes. The schedule correction process will open on Monday, December 11^th, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. through January 17^th, 2024, at 3:30 p.m. We ask that all students walk their schedules for at least three days before requesting a one-time schedule change. 

We can only accommodate schedule corrections for the following reasons: 
o        I am scheduled for a class for which I have already earned credit AND/OR 
o        I have two of the same classes, AND/OR 
o        I have not met the prerequisite for the course, AND/OR 
o        I am missing a course required for graduation, AND/OR 
o        I did not request this elective course in the Spring course verification. 
o        I want to change levels (On-level, AP, or Honors)

Schedules will not be corrected for the following reasons: 
o        Class Period Change (Lunch period change) 
o        Teacher Change 
o        Elective Change (electives selected in the spring will not be changed) 
o        Switching in-person to online or vice versa.

Due to the volume of corrections, we cannot process any requests via e-mail or phone. Students should allow counselors 5-7 business days to process all requests. We encourage students to check their Infinite Campus app for schedule updates. 

 

**ATTENTION SENIORS**

Be aware that some colleges require notification of schedule changes. Submission of this course change request indicates that you are willing to accept possible consequences to an approved change in your schedule.

Please Allow 3-5 business days to see a change in a schedule in Infinite Campus. If a change request is not possible within 3 days, seats may open during the first week of the semester that make a change possible.
