Certificate of Enrollment

Certificate of Enrollment - $1.00 Cash 

A Certificate of Enrollment is needed by students to obtain either a Learner's Permit or Driver's License.  It is issued through the Front Office.   

Allow a minimum of 24 hours for the certificate to be certified and notarized and bring $1.00 cash to collect your certificate.

Be aware that Certificates of Enrollment are only valid for 30 days once they have been certified and notarized.  

RHS summer office hours are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
