Senior Clearance
Good afternoon, Seniors!
As we prepare for your graduation, we will hold senior clearance on TBA on the gym track. Devices will need to be powered on for this clearance. You will need to charge and power on your device before entering the line for it to be cleared. If you arrive and do not have your device charged and powered on, you will be asked to step out of line and charge your computer before returning to the clearance line. All devices will be charged and powered on in order to be cleared. Don’t forget your charger along with your device. Thank you! See you at clearance class of 2026!
Senior Clearance has become a rite of passage for each graduating class at Roswell High School. At Senior Clearance, RHS departments will confirm that each graduating senior has returned all school property, and paid all fees or fines owed to the school.** Additionally, counselors will verify each student’s preferred name pronunciation for the graduation ceremony. Once seniors are “Cleared,” they may collect their Hornet Notes before exiting the event.
Please note: Senior Clearance is not a general collection day. Students should make every attempt to return school property and make payments in advance.
Once students have received a verification stamp from all stations, they are “Cleared” and must turn in their form at the final station.
** Seniors must be “Cleared” prior to Graduation Practice in order to receive graduation tickets.
Fines
Do you have outstanding books, technology devices or fines? You must pay all fines in order to complete Senior Clearance.
